Warranty conditions

You only have a warranty claim if you are a consumer according to § 13 BGB German law. Other guarantee periods, e.g. B2B, will be identified separately.

Our products are subject to strict quality control. In case a product does not operate properly we regret this and ask you to contact our customer service. With pleasure we will help you by telephone over the mentioned service hotline. Additionally to the legal warranty we will grant you a warranty on all products bought from us according to the following regulations.

Your legal rights will not be restricted hereby.

1) The warranty period amounts to 2 years for all products starting with the purchasing date. The warranty is valid on the area of the European Union and Switzerland and is only directed to private customers. The warranty service for commercial customers is regulated according to the warranty period stated in the purchasing contract.

2) Products which, during the warranty period, show defects due to material- and manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at our option. Replaced devices or parts of devices belong to us. The warranty services do neither cause an extension of the warranty period nor do they activate a new warranty.

3) Warranty claims need to be asserted immediately after becoming aware of the defect within the warranty period.

4) For the assertion of the warranty it is necessary to follow the following steps: Please contact the customer service via e-Mail, fax or telephone. If the defect lies within our warranty service, you will receive a repaired or new device. We will bear the cost for the return.

5) Warranty claims are excluded for defects through:

  • misuse or improper handling
  • environmental influences (e.g. such as humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust etc.)
  • non-compliance of the safety precautions of the device
  • non-compliance of the operating instructions
  • use of force (e.g. punch, push, fall)
  • interventions which have not been done by our authorized service addresses
  • arbitrary repair attempts
  • return in packaging which is not save or convenient for transportation
  • damage of the warranty sealing on the bought product

6) We will repair defects or damages which do not lie within our warranty services against a reimbursement of the costs. Please contact our customer service for an individual quotation. In this case you will bear the shipping cost.
