Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We need approximately 1 to 2 weeks to forward your application internally and review it thoroughly before we can give you feedback. The main thing is that you feel comfortable! However, first impressions count, of course, so we recommend neat clothing or a relaxed, casual look. We don't have a strict dress code, but maybe try to leave your sweatpants at home.

If we had to describe it in one word, it would be: authentic! We will already be familiar with your resume by the time of your interview, so we want to use this time to get to know you personally. We will see if there is a spark and if you really want to work for us. As a rule, your line manager will be present at your initial interview.

We offer potential colleagues a trial day after a successful interview. We will work with you to find a suitable day for your trial. We are also flexible in terms of the duration or length of the day. The aim of the trial day is to give applicants the opportunity to get to know our company, their future tasks, and their colleagues even better. Participation in the trial day is voluntary.

All your data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. This means that it will be completely deleted after 6 months. If you expressly request it, your data can be deleted earlier.
