As a company based in Barleben, we strive to support regional, sporting and social life wherever we can. Therefore, we are very pleased that we have been the official sponsor of the handball club SC Magdeburg since 01.01.2019.

The traditional club is one of the most illustrious names in German and international handball and can look back on a remarkable history with numerous title wins. Not only in the GDR the club attracted attention with ten GDR championships and four FDGB cup victories. Even after reunification, the club continues to shape German handball history with a German championship (2001) and two DHB cups (1996 and 2016). But successes were also celebrated beyond the national borders. In addition to the EHF Cup victories (1999, 2001 and 2007), successes in the European Cup of the national champions (1978 and 1981) and winning the Champions League in 2002 are among the greatest successes in the club's history.
